Customer Service Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards and PayPal. You may mail in a check with the order form. Sorry, C.O.D. is not available. We offer open accounts to schools and government entities upon request.
Open accounts are on Net 30 day terms. An authorized official from the organization must approve the order and guarantee payment, including shipping costs for all orders. If your school uses purchase orders, please have the purchase order number ready when you place your order. For your protection and ours, we may ask that you confirm your order in writing. After 30 days a 1½% monthly service charge may be applied to all past due balances.
Please remit all funds in U.S dollars. A $30 fee will be applied to returned checks. All credit balances not used or claimed within 90 days of invoicing become the property of SpiritLine.
Prices & Sales Tax
Merchandise will be invoiced at current catalog and website prices. A 7% sales tax must be included for orders delivered in Indiana. A 7% sales tax must be included for orders delivered in New Jersey. Prices and shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
If your organization is exempt from your state’s sales tax, please fax a properly completed sales tax exemption to 260-723-4431. Once received, we will remove sales tax from your order and/or mark your account as tax exempt.
If you are not tax exempt in one of the 44 states that collects sales tax (Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon do not have consumer-level sales taxes) you will need to pay the sales tax in one of two ways. If your order ships to Indiana or New Jersey, sales tax will be charged to you at the time of order. We will collect and remit sales taxes for these states on your behalf. If your order ships to a state (other than Indiana or New Jersey) that charges sales tax, we will not collect sales tax from you. You may instead be required by the state department of revenue to file and pay a use tax. For more information please contact your state and/or local government.
To ensure proper credit, fill out the return form and enclose it with the items you are returning. All merchandise must be returned PREPAID within 45 days of purchase. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. Spirit Marks and personalized items may not be returned. Health regulations prohibit the return of consumables and wearables, hats, tattoos, tiaras or any other apparel that has been worn. For returns originating outside of the U.S., please mark on the box “U.S. goods being returned.”
Shortages / Damages
Please unpack all cartons upon receipt and inspect all contents. Verify the quantities shipped and communicate shortages or damages to Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-314-8836).

Unless notification of quantity increase is received before work has begun on your personalized order, the increase will be considered a separate order and must conform to minimum price and quantity requirements.
Please note the following when requesting samples:
- For all samples, there is a $3 non-refundable shipping charge applied per item.
- For all unimprinted samples (e.g. unimprinted glassware, unimprinted frame, etc.), there is a minimum amount charge for that item. You may return the item and we will waive the restocking fee. In addition to the cost of the item, a $3 non-refundable shipping charge will be applied for each item.
- We will send you any available color swatch at no cost.

SpiritLine strives to provide accurate product and pricing information. Pricing or typographical errors may occur; therefore, SpiritLine cannot confirm the price of an item until after the order has been placed. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, SpiritLine has the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, SpiritLine may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We make every effort to coordinate colors but it is impossible to match exact colors in all materials. If a precise match is a must, some samples are available upon request.
Orders Outside of the U.S.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Make all checks or money orders payable in U.S. funds. All customers outside the U.S. are responsible for customs, duties, and local taxes.
