Use our fringe to frame your float in style! Fringe is used to cover up the bottom of the float, disguising the mechanisms to give the impression the trailer is floating. Choose metallic or vinyl to highlight displays, trophy cases, gym entrances, fences, bleachers, and more! Our vinyl and metallic sheeting is cut into narrow strips and secured to a white strip.
14" x 10' long metallic fringe from gold, silver, blue, cerise, purple, teal, green or red.
15" x 10' Vinyl fringe colors are available in: dark green; dark blue; violet; red, white and blue; white; red; orange; yellow; black or brown.

I am using the brown fringe triple folded back and forth on itself to hang down in an open indoor window sill. We have an uninsulated (but fully enclosed) laundry/sun room that gets cold in the winter. We can close it off with two windows and a door to keep the draft away, but we like to keep the cat box out there. The solution is to keep a window open and use the fringe as a cat curtain. When it's folded back and forth over itself, it is heavy enough to stay closed and prevent drafts (and block light), but the cats can move back and forth through the window easily. Cheaper than a cat door and the brown actually doesn't look too ghetto. The sill and trim is almost the exact same color as the fringe and the window is in the corner and not very well lit...from more than 10 feet or so, it looks like a brown curtain. While I would love to have felt or a more sturdy fringe, for the few winter months, this will work perfectly.

We didn't open the package until the day we were ready to use it and there were huge chunks of fringe missing at various places. HOWEVER, the remaining parts were great. I feel that it was probably a defective item. It did hold up very well. Suggestion, check the package when it arrives.
The fringe was used on our Church float in the annual town parade. Representing the green of the earth to cover the bottom of the trailer was just the thing we needed. It was exactly the right length and the perfect color to show part of God's beautiful creation.
Used this on a stage/platform to make the stage look like a mardi gras float. It was festive and attractive. We added columns of balloons and it did look nice. After the party the fringe could be re-used, but several bits of fringe came loose, so it may look a bit spotty in parts if used again.

This was very well constructed/shiny fringe, we put it around our trailer on a float for a parade, the great thing is that it holds up so well we will be able to use it again!....I just wish it hadn't been so pricey, it took up a bit of our budget, but it really added a ton of flare to the float!
We used this product on a float for our local parade. It looked great, held up wonderfully, and was attrention grabbing. We were able to remove it and we will reuse it again.
If you are seeking the metallic look as to what is shown in the pictures, we used our metallic streamers and cut them into 3 inch long squares.. The item number is STMMET. We also offer our pomp tissue squares the item number for that is POM300.

Q:
Will the metallic fringe attach easily around the bottom of a car? Will it harm the paint when it is pulled away?
We do not carry fringe that says Homecoming. The photo shows the chicken wire using metallic pomps to poke through. The fringe is what you see at the bottom.
