We bought the red, white and blue version of these balloons for a World War II-themed float. We attached them with tape to two PVC arches. The float was outside for about three hours under windy conditions. They held up beautifully. Many of them blew off, but they did not pop. We blew them up the night before the parade and none of them had lost any air by the next morning. If you need a durable balloon, this is it.
